Welcome to The Rise Path™ coaching program, operated by George Hanwell (“we,” “us,” “our”). By booking a call, enrolling in coaching, or accessing any related services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services Provided

The Rise Path™ is a 1:1 coaching and personal development program focused on mindset, identity, clarity, leadership, and aligned personal transformation. Coaching is conversational, reflective, strategic, and transformative — it is not therapy, not clinical treatment, and not a substitute for licensed mental health services.

2. Eligibility

The program is intended for adults (18+) who are emotionally stable enough to engage in deep self-reflection and growth-focused conversations. If you are in active crisis, you must seek immediate professional or medical support before joining the program.

3. No Guarantees

Results vary by individual. We provide tools, guidance, and support — but your progress depends on your commitment, honesty, and follow-through. No outcomes, financial results, or personal transformations can be guaranteed.

4. Payment Terms

Fees must be paid in full prior to beginning the program or according to an approved payment plan. Missed or late payments may result in paused services or removal from the program.

5. Scheduling & Cancellations

Sessions must be booked in advance.

Cancellations or rescheduling require 24 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations or no-shows will be marked as completed sessions.

6. Confidentiality

All personal information shared in sessions is kept confidential except where required by law (such as risk of harm to self or others).

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, worksheets, videos, curriculum, and the Rise Path™ framework are the intellectual property of George Hanwell. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any materials without written permission.

8. No Refunds

All sales are final. There are no refunds for coaching services, digital products, or program access under any circumstances. Please join the program only when you are fully committed.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your participation if:

there is abusive, inappropriate, or harmful behavior,
you violate these Terms,
or it is determined that coaching is no longer an appropriate fit.
No refunds will be provided.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the governing region where the business is registered.
